Project Scope
- Scope of Work: Any additional work outside of the agreed scope will be billed separately. Please consult with us if you require any changes or additions to the original agreement
- Revisions: The price includes up to 2-3 rounds of revisions per design item. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $150 an hour.
Ownership and Usage Rights:
- Copyright: Upon full payment, you will receive exclusive rights to the final design. However, the designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Licensing: Any third-party elements (e.g., stock images, fonts) used in your design are licensed only for the project’s intended use and may require additional licensing fees for extended usage.
Delivery Timeline:
- Timelines: Estimated timelines for project delivery will be provided at the start. Timelines may be adjusted if client feedback or additional revisions are delayed.
- Project Delays: Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of feedback or required materials) may result in an extended delivery date and additional charges.
Client Responsibilities:
Content Provision: Clients must provide all necessary content (e.g., text, images, branding assets) by the agreed-upon start date. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
Approval Process:
Final approval for designs is required within 3 business days of receiving draft materials. If no response is received, the project will be considered complete, and the remaining balance will be due.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up
to the cancellation date. - Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide 3 days’ notice to cancel the project to avoid additional charges.
Confidentiality:
Non-Disclosure: Any confidential business information or data shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
Payment terms
Initial Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the project and begin work. This ensures commitment from both parties and covers initial planning and design time.
Mid-Project Payment (For Projects Over $5,000)
For services exceeding $5,000 (e.g., logo design or overall brand consistency), a 25% payment will be due halfway through the project upon delivery of initial
drafts or concepts.
Final Payment
The remaining 25% (or balance) is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files or templates.
Late Payment Policy
Payments not received within 14 days of invoice due date will incur a 5% late fee per week.
Revisions and Additional Requests
Pricing includes up to three rounds of revisions for each service. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at $150/hour.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.
